Is as a jutus that is has to do with the sword literally melts into your skin and which forms the hand into making her finger tips into razor sharp claws that she could use for cutting the enemy to bits or in her case for puting it in the ground to make her fingers produce a current of electricity with that she able to focus that electricity and release it at a moving target that she picks. Once she release it; it was locket on the target even if it moves it still get the target, so there no way of missing the target with this Jutus, of her's that she created. 

Physical: very quick on her feet when fighting, flexible when need, and very focus on who she fighting and trying to figure out ways to fight them off.

Background: 

Childhood: she was born and raise ne'er the leave village a tough by some powerful teachers to help her control her powers and was a natural it. But as she was growing up and making friends she hear the tragic news about the Uchiha clan been wipeout by one clans member. 
She was 12 year old when she hear this. (more to come if there anything else I can think of later on)

Zio
A boy that Star met at the academe when she just started to go there at first they were just friends. After the years when by and they were older about 16-17 years old they started to date around the falls. Now they have been dating for about a couple of years.. And when they fight side by side on the battle field they are a perfect team to have when there a situation that has to do with others safety or finding/solving a solution. And on her team.

Ido
A dear friend of Star's. Been friends since childhood. But the rest of Ido history and such are a mystery for now.

Fand 
A team member who seem to have the similarities of shikamaru when he speaks and acts sometimes but he a great fighter when he wants to be. You could also said that his style is a bit emo(ish) but he dose not look at all like sasuke!

Ethan
A great caption for his group of friends and on missions, he a responsible person who will get the job done fast and quickly. that what  star like about him, and when he not going on mission or trailing, he a kick back and very sweet. And he also seems to look out for his friends and family.

Kidam izchume
A boy that was murder and burned. 
Before he died he was the type that seem to end up in the wrong place at the wrong time with a group of his as well as his team. He join a group back when he was a trouble maker but before his death came he was going to leave the group he was with, but with the come; it didn't turn out well. But before that happen he use to hang out often with Star and her group of friends, to them he was a good friend and a goofball with a bad temper when someone got on his nerves. But anyways he was a nice person once you got to know him...

Appearances: long black hair that pass her waist, dark gray eyes, a pale with a little color in her complexion, 

 Personality: She a kind loving person, never showers shyness towards people, easy going personality but always on alert when danger is approaching. And always seems to sense for the predictable or the unexpected to happen.
